The role involves providing legal support and guidance on debt investments across the capital structure, assessing legal risks, and advising on transactional aspects of credit investments, financing arrangements, and fund structures.Key Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate documents including credit agreements, confidentiality agreements, side letters, financing documents, and investment‑related contracts.

Eligibility Criteria:

• JD from an accredited law school and member of a state bar.

• Experience with credit asset management, private credit, or special situations investing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory framework applicable to investment advisors and private funds.
