A global private equity firm is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join their NYC team. The role will act as an extension of the investment team, focusing primarily on private equity M&A transaction activities. Candidates should have more than 5 years of experience post law school, with a JD from a top law school, and a strong background in M&A, especially in private equity. This position is open to those based in the greater NYC area or willing to relocate.

Position: Legal Counsel – Private Equity M&A
