Role Overview

CapMetro, the regional public transportation provider for Austin, TX, is seeking an Associate Counsel II to provide legal advice and assistance regarding real estate, right-of-way (ROW), and capital improvement matters. This role involves drafting and negotiating complex real estate agreements, managing litigation risks, and providing regulatory guidance to staff and the Board of Directors.


Key Eligibility Criteria
