Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft documents and provide practical legal advice to multiple business units.
• Support floorplan financing, AR financing, and ABL lines of business.
• Assist Head of Legal on default and workout accounts, repossessions and bankruptcies.
• Handle compliance and regulatory issues as needed by the business.
