Reporting to the Head of the Legal Department, the role also supports default/workout, repossessions, bankruptcies, and regulatory matters.

Ideal candidates hold a J.D. and are licensed to practice in the U.S.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree required.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one state.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft documents for Northpoint’s lending businesses.
• Provide practical legal advice to various business units.
• Support Head of the Legal Department on default/workout accounts, repossessions and bankruptcies; compliance matters.
