Job summary

Zerega Consulting represents a national law firm seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate to join its Debt, Servicing & Restructuring Group in Atlanta. You will work with experienced attorneys on sophisticated real estate finance matters for mid-market lenders.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of real estate finance or related transactional experience, a J.D. from an accredited law school, and Georgia Bar admission.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in real estate finance or related transactional practice.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to Georgia Bar and in good standing.
• BigLaw experience preferred.
• Experience representing lenders in commercial real estate finance transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
