Our client is seeking a Finance Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join its Business Finance practice in its Atlanta office.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of finance transactions, including those involving Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), syndicated lending facilities, and middle-market lending matters. Experience representing both lenders and borrowers in workout and restructuring transactions is a plus.
Successful candidates will possess a strong academic background, exceptional analytical, organizational, and writing skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach to practice.
Admission to the Georgia Bar is preferred; candidates not currently licensed in Georgia must obtain admission within one year of joining the firm.
