Job summary

Circle Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Associate Counsel to support the Legal & Compliance function and own the day-to-day flow of commercial agreements from review through execution.

You will work with sales, operations, HR, and outside counsel to move deals quickly while protecting the company’s risk position, and assist with employment matters, restrictive covenants, and cargo claims.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, and negotiate carrier, broker-shipper, master service, NDA, vendor agreements, and real property leases.
• Advise HR on separations, wage/hour questions, and internal investigations.
• Manage enforcement of non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality obligations.
• Draft demand letters, settlement agreements, and assist with cargo claims and insurance issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with terminal leaders, sales, and operations.
