Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a Associate, Corporate Development to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This remote role is focused on supporting mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives that help drive long-term growth. You will work closely with cross-functional partners across the organization to evaluate opportunities, build financial analysis, and support decision-making on transactions and strategic investments. The role also involves market research, competitive intelligence, and relationship‑building with external stakeholders to stay current on industry trends and identify potential growth paths.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $105,800 – $158,700 annually
