MKS Inc. is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to advise on and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements with vendors from our Andover, MA office. Remote options available within the United States.

The role requires a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, admission to practice in at least one U.S. state, and 5+ years of experience in commercial law, with a preference for in-house experience and expertise in SaaS/IT contracts.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school; admitted to practice in at least one U.S. state.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial law, preferably in-house.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, SaaS and IT contracts.

Responsibilities

• Advise on and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements with vendors.
• Serve as trusted legal advisor to Supply Chain, IT, and other business units.
• Manage risk while enabling business objectives.
