Job summary

Pegasystems is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to join its global legal team in Waltham, MA. The successful candidate will provide strategic employment-law advice across the Americas, covering hiring, discipline, and terminations.

Responsibilities also include managing employment-related investigations, reviewing supplier contracts with procurement, and advising the marketing team on press releases and public communications.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required with admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Massachusetts preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, preferably in a law firm, with employment-law focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice on employment-law matters across the Americas, including hiring, discipline, and terminations.
• Manage employment-related investigations and investigations related to employment issues.
• Review supplier contracts with the procurement team and advise the marketing department on press releases and public communications.
