Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial, technology, vendor and service agreements
• Assist with corporate governance, regulatory compliance and general corporate legal matters
• Support mergers, acquisitions and other strategic business transactions
• Conduct legal research and provide guidance on contractual and business‑related issues
• Assist with employment, privacy, intellectual property and risk management matters
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel and paralegal
• Help develop and maintain legal processes, policies and contract management procedures
• Provide practical, business‑focused legal recommendations
