Job summary

A mid-sized law firm in Atlanta is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate to handle a variety of corporate transactional matters. Ideal candidates are recent law school graduates with at least three years of relevant experience. CORPORATE ASSOCIATE - ATLANTA

Our client is a mid-sized Atlanta based law firm with an immediate need for a mid-level Corporate Associate.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a 2020, 2021, or 2022 law school grad with a minimum of three years' law firm experience in a wide range of Corporate transactional matters. Candidates from smaller to mid-sized firms are welcome to apply. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work directly with firm clients on high level corporate transactional matters.

This firm has no billable hour requirement and offers a refreshing lack of big firm bureaucracy. They offer highly competitive compensation with several layers of bonus opportunities. This is an immediate need and our close relationship with the firm will allow prompt feedback on all submissions.
