The Role

As a Mid-Level Associate, you will play a key role in managing and executing complex M&A transactions. You’ll be responsible for conducting legal due diligence, preparing purchase agreements, and interacting with clients, investment bankers, and other advisors. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior associates while working closely with senior attorneys on challenging and rewarding projects.
