Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in systems engineering, process management, method development, or project management within the automotive industry.
At least 1 year of experience with requirements engineering; familiarity with requirements management tools such as DOORS or Jama is preferred.
Experience working with MathWorks tools (MATLAB/Simulink) is a plus.
Knowledge of safety analysis methods, including FMEA, FTA, and DFA.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate and present technical concepts to stakeholders and build professional relationships.

Proactive approach to taking on new responsibilities and challenges with a positive attitude.
Demonstrated interest in applying logical and analytical thinking to complex, high-tech automotive projects in collaboration with experienced consultants.

As a Systems Engineer, you will design and deliver innovative engineering solutions for clients in the automotive and medtech industries:
Lead and contribute to systems engineering activities across the development lifecycle, including requirements management, system architecture design, verification planning, and safety analysis.
Conduct root cause, failure mode, and variation analyses for complex vehicle and medical device systems.
Define and optimize development processes, methods, and tools in alignment with ASPICE standards.
Prepare and present technical reports, and lead regular status meetings with client stakeholders.
Work closely with a team of engineers to solve technical challenges and drive project success.
Participate in technical and professional development trainings offered through INVENSITY’s Academy program.
Receive structured mentorship and career development support from senior consultants.
