**Responsibilities**

  • Lead the development, planning, and implementation of experience strategies and communications in support of achieving the Consumer Centric pillar of the Ascension Strategic Plan and delivering on our Ministry’s Net Promoter Score goals.
  • Ensure strategic and operational plans, communications, and Consumer Experience (CX) goals are aligned across the organization.
  • Bridge the partnership between national and market executive leadership teams to align existing or deliver new initiatives and programs that cultivate a culture of high performance grounded in Ascension’s core values.
  • Lead and propel progress by escalating risks, tracking decisions, empowering decision makers, identifying interdependencies, building project plans, and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Conduct hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluation of staff.

**Requirements**

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

**Additional Preferences**

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Resolution-oriented mindset
