Job summary

Deltek, Inc. seeks a learner-oriented professional to mentor with senior consultants and lead ERP implementations for small-to-medium clients. You will draft requirements, configurations, tests, and client-ready docs using approved AI tools, and create automations for data migration and reconciliation.

You will apply AI governance, track progress, and help design processes and adoption materials while shadowing experts and supporting Ground to Cloud activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Mentor with senior consultants and lead small-to-medium clients through end-to-end ERP implementations.
• Draft requirements, configuration documents, test cases, and client-ready documentation using approved AI tools.
• Create automations and AI-assisted data transformations for migration and reconciliation.
• Apply AI guidelines including data privacy, auditability, and documentation.
• Track tasks and time against project plans; flag risks and variances.
• Document configurations, test cases, risks, and decisions; contribute to reuse assets and knowledge bases.
• Support business process design and mapping; shadow senior consultants for client engagement.
• Co-facilitate training sessions and develop adoption materials.
• Assist with Ground to Cloud migration activities; complete readiness checks and validation reports.
• Review release notes and update SaaS administration documentation and processes.
• Facilitate cloud service requests and ticket submissions.

Job description

• Mentor with senior consultants and lead small-to-medium size clients in end-to-end ERP implementations, including discovery, requirements, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover, and post go-live support
• Utilize approved Al tools to draft requirements, configuration documents, test cases, and client-ready documentation, review outputs with senior consultants
• Create automations and perform Al-assisted data transformations for migration and reconciliation activities
• Apply responsible Al guidelines, including data privacy, auditability, and documentation of Al usage
• Track tasks and time against project plans; flag risks and variances to project leads
• Document configurations, test cases, risks, and decisions; contribute to reusable assets and internal knowledge bases
• Support business process and workflow design, mapping processes
• Shadow senior consultants to learn effective client engagement techniques
• Co-facilitate training sessions and develop adoption materials under senior guidance
• Assist with Ground to Cloud migration activities, including discovery, readiness checklists, test file exchanges, and validation reports
• Review release notes and update SaaS administration documentation and processes
• Facilitate cloud service requests and ticket submissions

US Citizenship or Green Card Holder

The U.S. salary range for this position is $50,000.00-$88,500.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
