Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone.
• Opens and maintains checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, and credit cards.
• Performs teller duties and routine financial transactions.
• May process new consumer loan requests.
• Holds financial conversations to determine needs and provide solutions.
• Identifies referral opportunities and documents activity.
• Builds client relationships through proactive outreach.
• Ensures work is accurate with minimal errors.
• Participates in volunteer activities and financial education.
