Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
• Opens and maintains a variety of products, including checking and savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, and more.
• Performs Teller duties including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Engages in conversations about and processes new consumer loan requests.
• Identifies referral opportunities to other lines of business and documents referrals.
