Qualifications

• 2+ years of post-bar admission legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and bar membership in one state.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal counsel on cloud security, transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters.
• Advise security teams during strategic customer engagements, media interactions, and with security researchers.
• Serve as SME on security commitments in cloud enterprise agreements.
• Lead negotiations for technology, intellectual property and data licensing across inbound and outbound initiatives.
• Support the global security response team with nuanced legal perspectives.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Uphold ethical standards and professional integrity.
