Responsibilities include negotiating complex IT contracts, advising on IP hygiene and licensing, and developing internal policies and trainings. Requires JD and bar admission, with 2+ years of transactional experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal experience in transactional or counseling roles.
• Juris Doctor degree and bar membership in one state.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial/technology agreements.

Responsibilities

• Provide business-line counseling to engineering and supply chain teams for AWS infrastructure.
• Draft, structure, and negotiate complex IT/tech-related agreements (hardware, software, services).
• Advise partners on legal, commercial, operational, and compliance risks.
• Develop vendor engagement and negotiation strategies and internal policies.
