Job summary

Gallagher in Rolling Meadows, IL is seeking an Associate Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You will lead efforts to deliver exceptional service and build strong client relationships while aligning solutions with client needs.

Responsibilities include guiding renewals, mentoring teammates, pursuing additional services, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a Property & Casualty license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years client service and/or claims management experience, OR 3+ years with HS/GED.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy data using Gallagher's systems and performing audits
• Use Gallagher's technology to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and deliver quality results.
• Mentor junior team members by providing transparent feedback, encouraging continuous learning, and fostering professional growth.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and meet client expectations.

About You

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 1+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR- High School degree/GED with a minimum of 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience
• A Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.
• A collaborative mindset to work with teams across Gallagher.
