Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required.
- PE license required for professional practice.
- 8+ years of progressively challenging civil engineering experience.
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Lead design of resilient, sustainable civil infrastructure.
- Manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept to completion.
- Lead client interactions and translate needs into engineering solutions.
- Ensure technical quality, budgets, and timelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster professional development.
- Collaborate with geotechnical, transportation, and environmental disciplines.
