The HealthCare Connection (THCC) in Ohio is seeking an Associate Chief Dental Officer to lead our dental program and support the Chief Dental Officer. The role requires maintaining an active clinical practice while guiding quality, safety, and strategic initiatives across multiple clinics.

As senior dental leader, you will supervise dentists, dental hygienists, and the Dental Practice Manager, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational and financial performance to expand access to care

Competenze

DDS or DMD degree required.
Ohio license to practice dentistry (unrestricted) required.
Current DEA registration.
Six years of progressive dentistry experience.
Four years of leadership/administrative experience.

Mansioni

Provide high-quality dental care while maintaining an active clinical practice ~60% of the time.
Lead and develop dentists, hygienists, and the Dental Practice Manager.
Oversee clinical quality, patient safety, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance.
Manage overall performance of dental services including access, productivity, staffing, and patient experience.
Collaborate on departmental budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
Support strategic growth of the dental program and expand access to care.
Represent dental leadership in organizational initiatives when the Chief Dental Officer is absent.
