Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Apply GMP/GLP standards as appropriate
• Demonstrate and promote the company vision
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Use computer systems for data access, calculations, and reporting
• Set up, calibrate, and operate ICP/ICP-MS/CVAA instruments
• Analyze samples independently
• Review, evaluate, and document data following SOPs
• Troubleshoot instruments as needed
• Perform non-routine analyses with limited supervision
• Conduct quantitative transfers and dilutions
• Understand principles of analytical instruments used
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Evaluate and improve analytical system performance
• Maintain instrumentation and update SOPs
• Perform IDL, IEC, linear range, and MDL determinations
• Keep training records current
• Follow safety protocols and perform other duties as assigned

Role is 2nd shift, 4pm-12:30am, Monday to Friday, with training from 8am-5pm M-F.

Qualifications

Minimum: Associate degree in Chemistry or Biology, or related field; authorized to work in the US without restrictions.

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field; experience with ICP/ICP-MS/atomic absorption; familiarity with basic statistics and chemical math.
