Associate Chemist - Wet Chemistry - Environment Testing - 2nd Shift M-F

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Apply GMP/GLP standards appropriately
• Promote and demonstrate the company vision
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Perform analytical procedures accurately and independently
• Write and update SOPs and analytical methods
• Learn new analyses with minimal guidance
• Understand and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and procedures
• Communicate results and interpretations to clients
• Maintain high QC performance
• Coordinate work to meet turnaround times
• Verify analyses and train staff on procedures and safety
• Assist technicians and lab assistants as needed
• Conduct activities safely and efficiently
• Perform other duties as assigned

This role is on the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, with training on the 1st shift.

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute
• Ability to stand at a lab bench for extended periods
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Lab benchwork and instrumentation experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of statistics

Professional proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking, is required.

Salary: $18/hour + 10% shift differential

Note: Salary may vary based on experience, skill set, internal benchmarks, business sector, and location.
