  • Bachelor’s in Chemistry or related field is required.
  • Strong focus on customers with ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations.
  • Responds promptly to customer needs while soliciting customer feedback to improve service.
  • Continuously pursues training and development opportunities to improve technical skills.
  • Observes safety and security procedures to identify and report on potentially unsafe conditions.
  • Demonstrated ability to use lab equipment and materials properly.

  • Works directly with sales force and customers to collect application targets.
  • Maintains positive customer relationships, creates plans, and commits timelines to customers and sales team.
  • Leads projects with formulation direction from senior team members.
  • Prepares new product formulations to the design criteria specified by customers with a primary focus on modifications of existing products.
  • Analyzes products using laboratory instruments, procedures, and test methods.
  • Documents all laboratory plans, processes, and results in electronic laboratory notebook.

This role reports into KitPackers, LLC, an Ellsworth Corporation company, located in Germantown, WI. This is a 100% on-site role at our facility in Germantown. Want to continue to grow your career? This role works with internal and external customers to generate design plans and completes raw material qualifications, validates properties of new products, reformulates and supports current products, and creates new product formulations.
