Job summary

Nebraska Furniture Mart in Cedar Park, Texas is seeking an Associate Category Merchandiser to maintain sales floor displays, support the buying function, ensure accurate tagging and assist in marketing preparations.

You will enter data quickly, review POS vendor information, and collaborate across teams to report on ad and promotional performance. This full-time role requires flexibility for night, weekend or early hours as needed, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 1 year of customer contact with internal or external customers.
• 1–2 years merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
• Computer skills and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) proficiency.
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours as needed.
• Pre-employment screening includes drug screen and background check.

Pay Range: $20.14 - 24.47 hourly

Do you have an eye for detail and display? If so, we have the perfect job for you! As NFM’s Associate Category Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining the sales floor displays, supporting the buying function, ensuring products are tagged accurately and assisting in marketing preparations.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

• Monitor : Keep an eye on the sales floor tags daily and properly tag with new or replacement tags
• Assist : Help with product conformance to condition and operational requirements
• Review: Double check that point of sale vendor information is maintained
• Collaborate : Coordinate communication of all pertinent ad information to necessary parties
• Report : Maintain reporting related to ad and promotional performance
