Nebraska Furniture Mart, The Colony, Texas, is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to craft compelling displays that align with brand standards and drive sales. Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in merchandising, display, design, art or related area or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of visual display or related experience, preferably in a retail home furnishings or fashion-related business.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Good color vision and the ability to coordinate colors and styles.
• Ability to work with little to no supervision.
• Computer skills to include MS Office applications required.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends. Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check.

Do you have an eye for design and display? If so, we have the perfect job for you! As NFM’s Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating a compelling customer experience by ensuring that room settings and stand-alone displays are cohesive, on-trend, and inspiring. This will be accomplished while taking initiative to add additional responsibilities, projects, and tasks to support Visual initiatives within the store.
