Nebraska Furniture Mart in Kansas City is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to guide showroom aesthetics and brand standards, leading a team to craft dynamic displays that elevate the customer experience and support business goals.

You will collaborate with Senior leadership, manage floor sets and seasonal presentations, and drive merchandising strategies across the showroom, with a focus on timing, color coordination, and creative vision in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Design or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of visual display or related experience in retail/home furnishings.
• 4 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to work with limited supervision and coordinate colors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a creative, collaborative environment that drives sales and in-store experience.

Pay Range: $ $62,147 - $77,062 annually

Bring vision, creativity, and leadership to the forefront. As NFM’s Visual Merchandising Manager, you’ll guide the overall aesthetic of the showroom and ensure every space reflects NFM’s brand standards. Working closely with Senior leadership, you’ll lead the team in crafting inspiring, dynamic displays that elevate the customer experience and support strategic business goals.

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

• Bachelor’sdegree inMerchandising,Marketing,design, art, related field or equivalentexperience preferred


• 5–7years of visual display or related experience, preferably in a retail home furnishings or fashion-related business


• 4years of supervisory/management experience


• Valid driver’s license and ongoing acceptable driving record


• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines


• Ability to work with little to no supervision


• Good color vision and the ability to coordinate colors and styles


• Computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office Applications


• Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs
