Our Patient Services team provides exceptional customer service on all levels. The Associate Case Manager role is a integral component of the commercial strategy and responsible for working collaboratively with Case Managers to complete tasks that will provide access and therapy management services for Alnylam’s portfolio of products. Reporting to Regional Manager, US Patient Services, the Associate Case Manager will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day operations. The pay range below reflects the full-time base salary range we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Base pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity).
