The Director of Technical Operations and Quality (TOQ) Strategic Sourcing has responsibility for managing and optimizing external spending categories supporting the TOQ organization within the company. This role has responsibility for categories including emerging modalities, quality-related services, and new chemistry platforms, with a focus on building and scaling new supplier ecosystems and developing sourcing strategies that support programs from early development through commercialization and lifecycle management.
This role requires a dynamic, transformational, and hands‑on leader with exceptional communications and influencing skills to elevate the level of sourcing value delivered to the organization. This role requires combining a high level of competency and experience in strategic sourcing with a solid understanding of the biopharmaceutical development and manufacturing process, particularly across new and evolving modalities.

The pay range below reflects the full‑time base salary range we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Base pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. This role is eligible for an annual short‑term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long‑term incentive award (e.g., equity).
