Job summary

ONE&ALL Church in Rancho Cucamonga seeks a Campus Discipleship Director/Pastor to lead training, recruitment, and mobilization of Serve Teams, Community Groups, Outreach, and Care Ministries on the campus. You will collaborate with the Campus Pastor and leaders to weave discipleship into church life, develop pathways for new believers, and equip volunteers to serve with compassion and excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in discipleship and leadership development in church ministry.
• Ability to recruit, train, and mobilize volunteers across multiple ministries.
• Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience coordinating community groups and outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to all discipleship-related ministries at the Rancho Cucamonga campus.
• Collaborate with campus pastors to integrate Discipleship Ministries into church culture.
• Coordinate recruitment, training, and mobilization of volunteers across pathways, groups, and outreach.
• Develop and promote pathways for new believers and mature Christ-followers.
