Qualifications

• Proven experience in adult discipleship, group leadership, or pastoral ministry.
• Strong communication and teaching skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience leading paid and volunteer teams within a multi-campus environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, vision, and strategy for marriage ministry.
• Run membership and baptism processes at Hudsonville campus.
• Oversee planning and coordination for adult discipleship classes.
• Lead training for disciple makers.
