Reporting to the Bursar, the Associate Bursar serves as the primary operational and systems leader for University student financial services. This position oversees daily payment operations, collections, and accounts receivable totaling over $200M annually, including the precise setup and daily reconciliation of $135M+ in USHE-approved tuition and fee assessments. The Associate Bursar directly and indirectly supervises a team of 9 exempt and non-exempt finance professionals, leads enterprise financial systems management (Banner AR, TouchNet, Argos reporting), and ensures university compliance with state, federal, and institutional financial policies.
