This executive role combines technical leadership with business development, overseeing complex building enclosure projects and mentoring technical teams.

The position emphasizes lead generation, managing high-level client relationships, and ensuring top-quality delivery across façades, roofing, waterproofing, and rehabilitation efforts.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science or related field.
• 10-15 years of building envelope consulting experience.
• PE or RA license required.
• Proven experience leading complex projects, managing client relationships and growing a consulting practice.
• Strong knowledge of building enclosure systems, building codes and industry standards.
