Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of business systems analysis experience.
• 1+ years of Salesforce or other CRM tool administration experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to system user satisfaction by responding to inquiries from sales, dealers and stakeholders.
• Gather and document requirements; configure Salesforce (Flow, fields, layouts, dashboards, reports).
• Manage user licenses, roles, permissions and training materials; monitor adoption.
• Validate data and support end-to-end platform enhancements.
