Job summary

Hull & Company in Clearwater, FL is seeking an Associate Broker to support commercial lines renewal underwriting and underwriting-related activities. You will negotiate rates with carriers, discuss coverage with retail customers, and assist the sales process for new and renewal business.

You will collaborate with teammates across Hull & Company and Brown & Brown, ensuring compliance and confidentiality while maintaining high customer service standards in a fast-paced, production-driven

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in Commercial Multi-Line Insurance OR a Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management.
• Sales & production driven mentality.
• Experience working in a paperless environment.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well with others in a production team environment.
• Committed to excellent customer service.
