Position Summary

Join Bonne Maman at an exciting stage of growth and help shape how one of the world’s most loved food brands connects with consumers in the U.S. The Associate Brand Manager, Brand Development will own high-visibility work across social and digital media, creators, retail media, pop-ups and experiential sampling, while also managing a focused portfolio of products and commercialization projects. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role for a marketer who enjoys turning insight and strategy into integrated programs that build awareness, inspire trial and drive commercial impact.

The Associate Brand Manager will have meaningful ownership of defined workstreams, the opportunity to influence brand and investment decisions, and broad exposure across Sales, Shopper Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, R&D, agencies and global partners. The role independently leads defined workstreams and develops recommendations, while the Director retains final decision rights for annual brand strategy, major investment shifts, final creative direction, and major portfolio and innovation decisions.

Media and Digital Ecosystem Planning
  • Lead integrated planning across social media, digital media and retail media networks in partnership with Shopper Marketing and under the Director’s strategic guidance.
  • Translate the brand’s social-first and omnichannel ambition into channel roles, briefs, timelines and investment recommendations.
  • Develop connected consumer journeys across content, paid media, retail media, e-commerce, experiential and customer touchpoints.
  • Use performance learning to improve amplification plans and recommend future priorities and investment shifts.
Experiential, Sampling, Talent and Content
  • Own the strategy, planning, execution and performance evaluation of brand-led pop-ups, experiential activations and experiential sampling programs.
  • Connect experiential programs with talent, content creators, content development, amplification and paid media to extend reach and impact.
  • Set objectives, audience priorities, briefs, execution standards and measures of success that move consumers from awareness and engagement toward trial and conversion.
  • Lead agency, creator, production, staffing and vendor relationships; manage timelines, budgets, logistics and issue resolution within agreed scope.
  • Partner with Shopper Marketing to ensure retail sampling, led by the Shopper team, complements brand-led pop-ups and experiential sampling.
  • Coordinate internal, cross-functional and external execution partners while retaining end-to-end accountability for experiential strategy, delivery and performance learning.
Portfolio and Project Ownership
  • Manage a focused portfolio of assigned products and commercialization projects, initially including Pie Fillings and Tartlets.
  • Lead defined portfolio projects from brief through launch and post-launch learning, with Director alignment at key decisions.
  • Build project plans, business cases, milestones, risks and recommendations that enable timely decisions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, R&D, agencies and global partners.
Commercial and Performance Partnership
  • Partner with Sales and Shopper Marketing to connect brand plans to customer priorities, retail media and retail execution.
  • Develop inputs for forecasts, customer presentations and commercialization plans for assigned projects.
  • Recommend objectives and performance indicators for media, content, experiential and portfolio initiatives.
  • Synthesize results, identify implications and present clear recommendations to improve consumer impact and commercial effectiveness.
Brand Strategy and Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Translate consumer, cultural, category, customer and competitive insights into clear recommendations and actionable briefs.
  • Develop creative briefs and guide creative development under the Director’s strategic direction.
  • Create clarity across roles, timelines and decisions; anticipate risks and elevate with a proposed solution.
  • Provide project direction, context and feedback to internal, cross-functional and external execution partners.
  • Contribute to scalable tools, processes and ways of working across Brand Development.
