Job summary

Henkel Corporation in Stamford, CT is seeking a marketing professional within our Consumer Brands unit to help bring Laundry & Home Care and Hair products to a global audience. You will support development and execution of marketing programs across channels, including shopper marketing, ecommerce, social, and digital.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help develop new product extensions, promotional programs, packaging updates and business plans.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing programs for Laundry brands to drive awareness, education and conversion (shopper marketing, ecommerce, social, and digital).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute new product line extensions, promotions, packaging updates and business plans.
• Monitor brand performance using sales reports and research data (Circana, Nielsen) and brief management on significant changes.
• Maintain knowledge of the competitive environment from external sources.
• Assist with business development for assigned brands, including business reviews and overall brand strategy.

What you´ll do

• Support the development and execution of marketing programs for our Laundry brands to help drive consumer awareness, education and conversion. Some of these programs may include shopper marketing, ecommerce, social, and digital.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to help develop and execute new product line extensions, promotional programs, packaging updates and associated business plans.
• Continuously monitor the performance of assigned brands using sales reports and research (Circana, Nielsen) data. Apprise management of significant changes.
• Ensure current knowledge of the competitive environment via outside sources.
• Assist with business development for assigned brands which includes business reviews, customer line reviews and overall strategy for the brand.
