We are a brand platform on a mission to acquire, scale, and revitalize exceptional consumer brands in the U.S. Backed by committed capital and led by founders with experience spanning Stanford GSB, Harvard Law, Y Combinator, and Forbes 30U30, we acquire high-potential DTC brands and unlock growth through hands-on operational excellence.
build a $100M+ portfolio of beloved, performance-driven consumer brands. To get there, we're assembling a team of driven, hungry operators who want to grow fast and take on real ownership.
We're hiring an Associate Brand Manager to support the Brand Managers across our portfolio: Scotch Porter in men's grooming, Aura House in home fragrance, and Verb Energy in better-for-you snacking. This is a heavily operations-focused role: you'll own the systems, reporting, inventory planning, and cross-channel coordination that keep our brands running smoothly day to day across DTC, subscription, and Amazon.
You won't be siloed on one brand. You'll be pointed at whichever brand needs the most operational horsepower at the time, which means you'll see how three very different consumer businesses actually run, and you'll build the judgment to run one yourself.
Think of this as the number two seat on a small, fast-moving brand team. Your job is to keep things tight, free up the Brand Manager's time for high-leverage decisions, and take real ownership of your work rather than waiting to be told what to do.
You're hardworking, entrepreneurial, and hungry to learn. You've worked directly in operations or supply chain at a consumer brand, 3PL, manufacturer, or logistics company. You understand how product flows from factory to fulfillment to customer, and you've owned the systems that keep it moving. You don't need a decade of experience, but you've gotten your hands dirty in real ops work and you know what good looks like.
You're organized, proactive, and you take pride in your work. You don't wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen. You're comfortable context-switching between brands without dropping anything.
Above all, you're the kind of person who wants to grow into running a brand yourself one day. This role is built for that path.
