Role Overview

As an Associate Brand Manager for Bespoke Post House Brands, you will guide products and seasonal collections through their lifecycle, working with the Director of Brand Management. Your focus will be on growing our private brands, from concept to site merchandising, especially partnering with our Product Developer on brands like Ash & Fir, Marcellin, and Wren, while supporting apparel lines and travel brands.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic assortment plans in collaboration with planning and buying teams.
  2. Manage sample processes from SMS to studio; coordinate product launches.
  3. Partner with departments such as Buying, Design, Product Development, Marketing, and Creative to ensure alignment and execution.
  4. Conduct market research and sales analysis to identify new product opportunities.
  5. Ensure product descriptions, catalogs, and marketing materials are accurate and align with brand guidelines.
  6. Support financial planning and sales strategies with the Director of Brand Management.
  7. Oversee the product development process from concept to launch, collaborating across teams.
  8. Assist in marketing and promotional activities, including website, editorial, email, and social media campaigns.
  9. Maintain organized sample and product information for internal and external use.
  10. Build collaborative relationships across the organization and adapt to changing priorities.
  11. Understand manufacturing processes and timelines, both domestic and overseas.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management, buying, or product development.
  • Strong eye for product quality, curiosity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor landscape.
  • Balance tactical execution with strategic planning.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to handle diverse tasks.
  • Organized and comfortable working with spreadsheets and decks.
  • Experience in startup environments and collaborative team settings.

  • Base salary: $75,000 - $90,000
