Main Responsibilities
  • Manage IAT as cross-agency lead, providing feedback and driving progress for top-tier activations
  • Partner with innovation and media teams to develop, execute, and optimize media campaigns in real-time
  • Collaborate with key customer teams to support innovation sell-in, shopper support plans, and in-store executions
  • Support influencer marketing strategies and oversee brand review of influencer content
  • Own in-market share performance reporting and analysis to inform brand strategy
  • Plan and execute budgets and promotional calendars for Dove Super Premium
  • Manage sampling efforts, including production forecasts and evaluation of sampling opportunities
  • Lead sales sample delivery for 2026 innovation
Experiences & Qualifications

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of marketing experience preferred
  • Passion for Beauty and an outside-in thinking approach
  • Highly competitive with a spirit to win
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and agency partnerships
  • Understanding of US customers and consumers
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Balanced analytical and creative thinking
  • Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Unilever tools and processes (or ability to learn), including Circana/IRI, Numerator, UBS
Skills
  • Bias for Action: Make things happen with the end goal in sight
  • Full Funnel Thinker: Partner internally and externally to deliver innovative campaigns that drive relevance in the US market
  • Analytical Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on product and campaign performance, social trends, and relevant new products

Pay range: $86,080 to $129,120, considering skills, experience, and organizational needs.

This position is bonus and LTI eligible. Employees can participate in various benefits, including health insurance, retirement, parental leave, paid vacation, and more, subject to plan terms.
