Job Details

We are seeking a motivated associate to join our Bankruptcy practice in New York. The ideal candidate will have experience in restructuring, including Chapter 11 cases, and representing debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in complex corporate restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings. The role requires the ability to manage multiple high-profile matters simultaneously while working collaboratively within a team environment.

Our team handles a diverse range of high-stakes disputes and corporate restructuring matters. Work includes Chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court workouts, corporate insolvencies, liquidations, secured and unsecured creditor matters, financial restructuring, and complex litigation arising from distressed situations. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work closely with senior attorneys, allowing for accelerated professional growth and exposure to sophisticated, high-impact matters.

Qualifications
  • Outstanding academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant law firm experience in restructuring or bankruptcy required
  • J.D. required and must be admitted to the New York Bar
