You will work with the branch team to deliver a seamless experience, comply with policies, and help clients achieve their financial goals through friendly, attentive service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby traffic.
• Exceed client expectations by opening new accounts and servicing existing ones in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team to reach goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
