In this role you will support branch operations, assist with opening accounts, and promote digital banking tools, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong client service experience.
• Ability to quickly learn products, services and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow with a tablet, checking in, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by opening/servicing accounts in line with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital options (Chase Mobile, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
