Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts, complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
