Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling per bank policies.
