Responsibilities

• Greet clients, manage lobby flow with a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule meetings.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including digital tools like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build relationships by actively listening and collaborating with branch team to meet clients' goals.
• Handle branch operations, including cash devices, following bank policies.
