Job summary

LINX is seeking an Associate Audio Visual Project Engineer in Denver, CO, to own delegated AV project scope end-to-end with mentorship from senior engineers.

You will document design intent, produce shop drawings, and generate RFIs/COs while coordinating with PMs, production, and field teams. The role emphasizes CAD proficiency, Bluebeam use, and the ability to read construction drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional audio/video integration or related construction field.
• Ability to create AV shop drawings and read construction drawings.
• Familiarity with CAD/drafting standards and RFI processes.

Responsibilities

• Own delegated scope and small projects end-to-end with mentorship.
• Document design intent and participate in design alignment meetings.
• Produce AV shop drawings (floor plans, RCPs, elevations).
• Generate RFIs and Change Orders as needed.
• Maintain redlines and as-builts in Bluebeam; follow LINX CAD standards.
• Support site walks and customer meetings; collaborate with PMs and engineers.
